LINGUINI WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
Linguini - as needed
Olive oil - as needed - approximately 1/2 c.
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can chopped clams
2 tbsp. chopped parsley - fresh

1. Saute garlic in olive oil - do not brown.

2. Add juice from can of clams.

3. Add parsley and clam meat and additional olive oil if needed.

4. Serve over cooked linguini.
