3 c. strong brewed coffee 2 c. frozen whipped topping (thawed) 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa Combine all ingredients in a container of an electric blender; process at low speed until smooth. Pour into an 8 inch square baking pan, cover and freeze until firm. Let frozen mixture stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Spoon into blender container; process until smooth. Return mixture to baking pan; cover and freeze until firm. To serve, let stand 5 minutes at room temperature, spoon into serving dishes. Yield 6 servings (about 98 calories per serving). |
