2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
6 red apples, unpeeled and finely chopped
1 c. raisins

Sift together flour, soda and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl. Cream butter, brown sugar and white sugars, and the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Combine both mixture and add the raisins and apples. Mix well and pour into a greased 9x13x2-inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
