APPLE CRISP 
FILLING:

6-7 or 5 c. sliced apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

CRUST:

2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Put half of mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Add filling and top with remaining crust mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
