IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix well at medium speed. Pour into 10-inch greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream.
