(KRAUT) STUFFED POTATOES 
5 lg. baking potatoes
2 c. chopped ham
1 c. salad dressing
3/4 c. Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (#303) can Steinfeld's sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Clean and bake potatoes at 375 degrees for 60 minutes. Mix together remaining ingredients. Cut potatoes in half, clean out inside, mix with above mixture. Fill potatoes up again with this mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle a small amount of grated cheese on top and return to oven to melt.
