1 lg. cream cheese 2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 lb. butter and butter (1 stick of each) 3 tbsp. sugar Pastry filling Cream butter and butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add flour and sugar. Mix well. Roll dough out and cut with cookie cutter. Press with thumb in middle of cookie to make an imprint. Fill with pastry filling. Bake at 425 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when cool. Makes 4 dozen. |
