SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sour cream
3 egg whites
1 c. cooked raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Beat egg yolks and combine with sour cream. Add to first mixture and cook over low heat until thick. Add raisins, nuts, and vanilla. Cool. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue, using 6 tablespoons sugar in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
