SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. raisins
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat egg, stir in sour cream, vinegar and raisins. Mix dry ingredients and stir into raisin cream mixture. Pour into pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 20-25 minutes.
