CHICKEN BREAST PARMESAN 
2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. buttermilk
10 chicken breast halves
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Mix crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic and salt. Dip breasts in buttermilk, coating well. Dip in bread crumbs mixture, packing heavily onto breasts. Place flat on pan, sprayed with non-stick coating. Do not overlap. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
