Fill a 2 quart jar with cucumbers 6 inches in length preferably. Add 2 sprays dill, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and fill jar with fresh water. Screw tightly and let stand in sun until water looks milky. Store in cool place.
