PEACH ENCHILADAS 
2 -8 oz cans crescent dinner rolls
4 firm ripe peaches, peeled & quartered
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1-12 oz can Mountain Dew

Melt butter. Add sugar and cinnamon. Unroll crescent rolls. Place one peach slice on large end. Rollup. Place in a 12 x 10 x 2 baking dish. Pour butter mixture over top, then pour Mountain Dew over top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream.

Note: Canned peaches may be used if drained well. You can use less sugar if using canned peaches also.
