QUICK SUMMER PASTA 
1/2 Fuselli - curly spaghetti
2 to 3 lg. tomatoes, chopped coarsely
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Crushed red pepper to taste
Black pepper
Olive oil for frying

Cook Fuselli according to directions. While that is cooking saute onions; add garlic and tomatoes and seasonings. Pepper to taste. Pour over cooked pasta and sprinkle with Italian grated cheese. Serve with fresh Italian bread, garden salad and wine and enjoy.
