FROSTED JELL-O SALAD 
2 pkgs. Jell-O
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple, (reserve juice)
3 lg. bananas

Make Jell-O like package directions. When beginning to be cool, fold in drained pineapple, marshmallows and sliced bananas. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and chill.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 pkg. whipped topping
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. butter

Cook sugar, flour, pineapple juice and egg until thickened. Add 2 tablespoons butter. When completely cooled, add whipped topping. Spread on set Jell-O like frosting. Sprinkle chopped nuts or shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
