RASPBERRY - LIME PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 can lime juice
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Few drops red food coloring (optional)
1 c. fresh raspberries
1 graham cracker pie crust, baked and cooled
Raspberries and fresh mint leaves for garnish

Stir together milk and lime juice. Mixture will thicken. Mix with whipped topping and food coloring. Gently fold in raspberries. Spoon into pie crust. Chill.
