RED CHEESE BALL 
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
3 tbsp. sherry
1/4 c. pitted ripe olives
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash each of onion salt, garlic salt and celery salt
1/2 c. dried beef, chopped

Beat with electric mixer Cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Add sherry and olives, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings and beat well. Pour out on wax paper and shape into a ball.

Wrap in foil and refrigerate for several days so flavors blend. Take out about 30 minutes before serving. Roll in chopped beef. Makes a ball 3 inches in diameter.
