SUN BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 tsp. Dijon or Stoneground mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. white wine, optional
1 c. pitted black olives, chopped
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese (2 c.)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

Mix together, roll into ball, cool in wax paper. Great with crackers!
