EASY FUDGE 
2 cubes butter (butter won't work)
1-12 oz bag chocolate chips
2 eggs*
1 small box powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate chips together.

Beat together the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla.

Combine the 2 mixtures, beating until smooth.

Add nuts, if desired, and pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set.

*Due to the possibility of salmonella from raw eggs, I always use the boxed, pasteurized eggs, such as Egg-Beaters. Use a little less than the equivalent of 2 eggs (about 1-2 Tbsp less), otherwise fudge may not set firm.
