RASPBERRY BRAN MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 egg whites
8 c. bran flakes cereal
2 c. raspberries or other fresh fruit

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tins with paper muffin cups. Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk buttermilk, oil and egg whites in large bowl to blend. Add dry ingredients and cereal until blended. Stir in fruit. Spoon 2/3 batter into muffin cups. Bake until done, approximately 30-35 minutes.
