STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. water
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
Yellow Hungarian sweet or hot peppers, about 6 inches long sauerkraut

Cut ends off peppers. Remove seeds. Stuff with sauerkraut. Pack whole in jars. Bring vinegar, water, sugar, mustard seed to a boil. Pour over peppers in jars. Process in hot water canner for 10 minutes.
