OATMEAL PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. uncooked oatmeal
2/3 c. dark Karo syrup
2/3 c. white sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and bake in 9 inch pastry shell for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Excellent pie for freezing.
