1 prepared pie crust
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo
2 eggs or Egg Beaters to equivalent
2/3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and put in pie crust. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with ice milk or ice cream if you wish. Makes a mock pecan pie.
