CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (or cauliflower, broccoli, carrot mix)
1 1/2 cubed cooked chicken (or turkey)
1 can cream of chicken (or cream of broccoli) soup
1/2 c. milk
Approximately 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, broken up
1-2 tbsp. melted butter
2-3 tbsp. dry bread crumbs

1. In 9 inch casserole, arrange broccoli, top with chicken. Combine soup and milk; pour over chicken. Add cheese.

2. Combine butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until hot or cook in microwavable dish in microwave on High 6 minutes or until hot, rotating dish halfway through heating. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
