BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
40 saltine crackers, crushed
6 slices American or Velveeta cheese

Boil broccoli 5 minutes in 1 cup water. Use NO salt. Drain. Reserve liquid. Melt butter in 2-quart baking dish. Stir in cracker crumbs. Remove 1/2 cup crumbs for top. Spread broccoli over crumbs. Combine soup, reserved liquid and pour over broccoli. Arrange cheese slices on top and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
