COFFEE PUNCH 
1/2 gallon milk
5 tbsp. instant coffee
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
2 c. heavy cream, whipped (opt.)

Combine coffee and milk. Let stand refrigerated overnight. About 1 hour before serving, place ice cream in punch bowl. When ready to serve. Pour coffee milk over ice cream; stir well. Whipped cream may be folded in, if desired.
