HARVEST POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown, thawed
1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. diced onion

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix first 7 ingredients together. Spread in buttered 9 x 13 pan, top with topping mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
