EVELYN'S BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut in pieces
1/2 bottle Lea and Perrins
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tbsp. butter

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in Dutch oven on top of stove. Drop in chicken, one piece at a time. Cook; turn over once. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine next 4 ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook 1 hour. Pork chops may be substituted for chicken.
