SQUASH SUPREME 
2 c. yellow squash, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 carrot, grated
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper
Seasoned croutons

Mix squash, onions, carrot, soup, and sour cream. Butter a casserole dish. Sprinkle a layer of croutons on the bottom. Add mixture. Cover with croutons and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until light brown on top.
