EGGS AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
12 eggs 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste 1 lb. bulk sausage 6 slices bread, cubed Beat eggs, add cooked, drained sausage. Grate and add cheese, bread cubes and salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. (Can make ahead and freeze.) For smaller casserole, reduce to 6 eggs but use same amount of sausage, cheese and bread cubes. |
