EGG/SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
6 slices bread, cubed
1 stick butter
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper

Dip cubed bread in melted butter. In a 9 by 13 inch casserole pan, put sausage, then bread, then layer of cheese. Beat egg, milk and dry ingredients together. Pour over other ingredients. Let stand (best overnight). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
