SQUASH CASSEROLE 
5-6 sm. squash and/or zucchini
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. cooked chopped onion
Dressing crumbs

Steam squash until almost tender. Grease casserole and sprinkle with dressing crumbs. Mix squash, soups, sour cream, chestnuts, and onions and pour into casserole. Sprinkle top with dressing crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
