STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 lbs. med. to lg. fresh mushrooms
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. finely chopped green peppers

Clear and dry mushrooms. Remove stems and use elsewhere.

Combine other ingredients. Fill caps with mixture. Place on serving tray. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate.
