2 c. left over mashed potatoes
1 egg
Enough flour to make potatoes like dough
1 sm. onion

Mix all ingredients to make dough roll into biscuit size patties and mash flat. Fry in hot grease until golden brown. Place on paper towel to drain. Serve hot as side dish.
