RHUBARB COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients except rhubarb together. Pour 1/2 of the batter on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Add rhubarb, then rest of batter. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
