FRIKADELLER 
1.75 lbs. pork or combination of pork, beef & veal
1/3 c. flour
1/3 of an onion, grated
1/3 c. water
1 lg. egg
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/3 tsp. salt

Have meat ground 3 times and mix well. Hands work best. Mix with other ingredients. Roll (in hands) to an egg shape. Brown on both sides in a cast iron skillet.

Place in a covered oven pan with water and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Juice from meat is used to make gravy.)
