1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 to 1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. grated zucchini

Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda, cloves and cocoa together.

Fold dry ingredients into butter, oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla and buttermilk. Fold in 2 cups grated zucchini and 1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured baking pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
