1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 c. spaghetti sauce
6 oz. drained mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
6 green onions, chopped
3 1/2 oz. spaghetti
Grated cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Add sauce, sugar, salt, chili powder, mushrooms. Cook and drain spaghetti. Mix sour cream, onion and softened cream cheese.

In casserole, layer spaghetti, meat mixture, sour cream mixture, ending with noodles Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8. Freezes well.
