BUTTERSCOTCH ZUCCHINI COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. finely chopped, peeled zucchini
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and milk. Mix dry ingredients and add. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
