HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 cut up frying chicken
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. paprika

SAUCE:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. pineapple bits

Dip chicken in egg, crumbs, fry. Pour off excess fat. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 325-350 degrees for 30 minutes.
