MAKE AHEAD CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken (2 1/2-3 lbs.), cut up
1 1/2-2 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. honey
Or use Optional Sauce (see below)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a casserole mix together sauce ingredients. Add chicken covered. Bake 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.

OPTIONAL SAUCE:

1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. chili sauce
3-4 sliced green onions
