CREOLE FRANKS OR SAUSAGE 
5 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 lbs. franks or sausage

Cook bacon, onions and pepper in heavy pan until tender, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
