ORIENTAL FRANKS 
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 lb. beef franks, cut into small pieces

Combine all ingredients but franks. Bring to a boil. Add franks and cook slowly for 5 minutes. Keep warm in chafing dish.
