CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter

Mix all ingredients in mixer and press into 9x13 inch pan.

MOUSSE:

9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
6 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. sweet liqueur or vanilla
2 tbsp. water

Melt chocolate over hot water in double boiler (or in microwave). Separate eggs. Beat whites until stiff. Combine yolks, liqueur, water and blend into melted chocolate. Fold whites into mixture. Pour over crust and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be frozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
