1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp. cinnamon

Bring to a boil and cool slightly. Break 14 soda crackers into chunks. Put into liquid and pour into unbaked crust shell. At once, cover with crust and bake.
