1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 sm. can chopped green chiles
Green onions or yellow onions, diced, amount according to taste
1-2 c. shredded Jack cheese
1 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
3 eggs

Cook the sausage and drain oil on paper towels. Layer the cooked sausage, green chiles, onions and cheese. Mix the Bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
