1 bottle Paul Newman dressing
1 pkg. boneless chicken
Italian bread crumbs
Pam spray

Clean chicken and marinate several hours in dressing. Preheat oven to 400°F. Put bread crumbs in plastic bag and shake chicken generously in crumbs. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with Pam. Place chicken in pan. Cook for 1 hour, uncovered, turning once. If chicken appears to be cooking too fast, turn oven down to 350°F for the last 15 or 20 minutes. This dish is great hot or cold.
