SLOPPY JOES 
2 lbs. ground beef, lean
1 med. onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can chicken gumbo soup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. water

Brown ground beef with onion and celery, salt, pepper and chili powder. Drain off all fat. Add soup, mustard, ketchup, barbecue sauce and water. Simmer 1 hour or until mixture is of the right consistency. Serve on whole grain buns.
