SMOKE FLAVORED BEEF BRISKET 
1 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1/4 c. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. onion salt
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 (3 lb.) brisket (well trimmed)

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Place meat on a piece of foil and set in a shallow pan. Mix other ingredients together and rub into the meat. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 for 3-6 hours. Slice thin and serve with smoke sauce.

SMOKE SAUCE:

1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
