TURKEY 'N STUFFING PIE 
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter
3 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing crumbs
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. (7 oz.) cubed, cooked turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained

May use 3 cups of leftover stuffing. Omit butter, water, and stuffing crumbs.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan heat water and butter until butter melts. Remove from heat; stir in crumbs and 1/2 can French fried onions. Spoon stuffing mixture into 9-inch baking dish; press stuffing into dish to form a shell.

In medium bowl combine soup, milk, turkey, and peas; pour into stuffing shell. Bake covered 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes or until onions are brown.
