TURKEY 'N STUFFING PIE 
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter
3 1/2 c. seasoned bread stuffing
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cubed turkey or chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained

Melt butter; add water. Stir in stuffing mix and 1/2 can of onions. Spoon stuffing mixture into 9-inch round baking dish. Press stuffing evenly across bottom and up sides of dish to form a shell.

In medium bowl, combine soup, milk, meat and peas Pour into stuffing shell. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Yield: 4-6 servings.
